Transaction Fee is paid by the Real Estate Agent who concludes the contract.

In the 3rd year you have to Open an Office in your Territory without restrictions.

All Real Estate Agents in your Territory will connected to your Franchise. You should have in the 3rd year at least 3 Real Estate Agents and with the 4th year at least 5 Real Estate Agents.

Commission billing is carried out by the company headquarters by the 10th of the following month.

For example, if you have 8 Agents and an Office together with two of the above Real Estate Matching24 Franchisee, then Real Estate Matching24 will support you with Maximum 3.120.000 ISK per year (4 x 0,5% = 2,0%, 2,0% from max. 19.500.000 ISK = 390.000 ISK, 390.000 ISK x 8 Real Estate Agents = 3.120.000 ISK), depends of Revenue of each Real Estate Agent.

Membership Real Estate Agent

(preliminary stage to become a Franchisee Real Estate Agency, Business Ownership)

If you would like to have your own Franchise Real Estate Agency and looking for a opportunity to start as an Real Estate Agent, then here is your Chance. You can start in your choosen Territory (300.000 inhabitants) and in 12-18 months you can open your own Real Estate Matching24 Franchise Real Estate Agency.

After 18 months (earliest 12 months) you start your Franchise Real Estate Agency. Alternative you can be an Real Estate Agent, it depends on you.

Another advantage is, that 50% of the Royalty Fee while the Membership reduces the Franchise Fee.
